The OP's watch appears to have curved lugs.
I thought so, too, from the original picture but I was thrown off by the similar watch.

Yes, the original watch definitely has curved lugs.
Did the dial have a small second hand subdial below the hour and minute hand like the one Davidt posted above? It doesn't look like it from the photo, and it seems that curved lugs and central sweep seconds hand should narrow it down a bit, but to what references I don't know.

No subdial, just central hands. Very simple dial with only the words Omega, Geneve and Swiss Made.

Any of these look familiar? What were the hour markers like, just baton or numerals? Were the hands just baton too?

Dial is very similar to the second one, but with the curved lugs and more triangular shaped hands. I had no idea there was so much variety!!! Lol

Hands like these?

Yep. Very similar to that watch except no crosshairs or pie pan. But the case is similar, except it's stainless steel.

Is the last photo an example of what you mean by curved lugs? i.e. those match pretty closely?

Yeah, I'd say it matches pretty closely, although from memory I think there was a little more curve here where the lugs join the case. But I could be wrong.

The one on the right actually looks a lot like mine. Mine didn't have the crosshairs (although it's very possible the crystal was replaced at some point). It also didn't have the pie pan dial. Do you guys know a) what this model is, and b) did it come with a regular (not pie pan) dial?

I'm very inexperienced, but if I had to guess, I'd think that's what you had, too. I think it's a 14702 (same as the one I posted and the one above, I think - someone correct me if I'm wrong). https://www.omegawatches.com/watch-omega-geneve-omega-ck-14702
But I can't find an example with the dial you describe. All of the dials I see with dauphine hands have the two-tone dial. All of the full sunburst dials I see have the thin pencil hands. Between that and not having the work "Automatic" on the dial, my gut tells me that your watch had the original dial replaced during service at some point.

You need to treat the case and dial separately. Find an example of the case and from that we can deduce the reference number.
