Hello.
Recently i came across these 2 vintage Omegas in a pawnshop.
One is a Seamaster with a dial that seems to my eye a redial actually.. and a Constellation in a Seamaster case (2922 case ref.)
The "Constellation" price is 1000 eur and the Seamaster (gold capped) is 1500 eur.
Are they worth this money? Should i stay away from them?
Unfortunately i could.t take apart the seamaster case.. and i don.t have photos with the movement..
Thank you!!

Have you googled the reference of the "Constellation"? It's a Seamaster - with a bad redial.

Unlike the other example. Which is just a redial.

Stay away...

@MtV Yes.. i did google it a little 😉
The Constellation seems like a Constellation movt. in a Seamaster case.. isnt' 504 cal. a Constellation caliber? If it was just the dial.. the movement should be a 503... maybe?

The second one doesn’t look harmonious. The redial is a refinished without any sort of appeal. You can find much better at half the price.

The first one looks off too, would also pass IMHO

Neither watch is right. Those prices are for watches that are right.

Ok. Thanks a lot... So at most half the asked prices... And only for project watches...
Thank you!

Yes, and even at half that price you wouldn’t find many people here wanting these to be honest.
