    isn't it a Suveran? (without explicitly entering into the debate about whether or not suverans have to have "suveran" written on them)?

    "381" is not the caliber number. It is a serial number used to match the case parts. You'll see a matching number on the back of the lug.

    The caliber is the 1st generation 30T. If you look closely you can see the number "30" under the balance wheel.

    Not a military issued watch, or a Swedish Suveran. Still a very nice example of the original 30mm movement from around 1939.

    The only model I see that could fit is the CK 2118 from the 1940 catalog, a waterproof model in the Naiad line :

    The three slots caseback is also found on other naiads of the same period.
    Nice Watch. It probably has its original dial and hands.
