Well it looks to exist unless that picture is photoshopped. There are countless variations on the ladies cocktail watch with Omega dial. Too many for anyone to know them all. The case is probably local production of some kind but if you pop the back the markings within will tell you more. If your next question is going to be ‘is it valuable?’, then that will depend on if it is solid or plated gold since that is where the bulk of the value resides. Dont get too excited by the stones which are likely synthetic or man made ruby and since ruby is soft are likely scratched to hell up close.
