Help identifying little fab suisse omega

Hey everyone !

Got this little cutie and i would like some help to identifying it. I don't find the caliber number... maybe under the balance wheel but i'll try to watch when the watch will stop 😀 All i can say is that it was made in 1930 and it measures 2.2cm excluding the crown.
Btw do you know how those lugs are called?

The lugs are called “cornes de vache” in french. Literally cow’s horns.

Movement could be a 23.7. Number should be under the balance wheel, shine some light here:
