I received this as a gift from my wife. Came from an estate. I believe it is solid 14k. Can’t find any other picture of a dial that has the seconds labeled on the face. Thank you for any information

Such dials exist. Your dial has gold applied numerals. I’m showing mine which is not as grand as yours as the numerals are plainer, and luminous. But there are similarities. Yours likely has a calibre 351 movement in it (as has mine). The case reference will be inside the case back, as will the karat stamp. If you can have the case back removed and show us?

While such dials may exist, the OP's dial is definitely a re-paint. The quality of the seconds track is not what one would expect from the factory.

The case back is stamped 14k. I can’t find the picture I took. I’ll remove it again and post a picture. Thank you

I have pictures. I had my daughter draw out all the engravings on a paper. Thank you again for your info. 3E11AD87-855D-46C7-AA45-1D7A8479BF95.jpeg 39E32DA1-DA63-421B-8069-914B573A3CA2.jpeg 2678C949-523D-4934-BF9D-2D396699C71C.jpeg
