Help Identifying a Zenith watch

A family friend found an old Zenith watch and has no idea what its history is. We tried looking it up online, but we couldn't figure out the model or find any other information at all. Since we lack the necessary expertise, we did not open the bottom cover, and there are no markings or serial numbers visible on the outside.

In all likelihood, it had been purchased in Italy, but we were unable to find out any more details.
