Help identifying a redial

Dear friends,

I'm thinking about buying an Omega Constellation c shape, but I can't figure out if the dial was refinished. I would appreciate very much your opinion on this piece. The case back os this watch don't match the model and the price asked is about 600 American dollars.

Blurry pictures make it hard to compare the text but I can see the serifs peaking through and I think it looks okay. Here’s a pic of mine to help compare.
