This reads: 6151/441.1 with the OMEGA logo and the words “stainless steel”

The series of numbers on the back are: 53188583

Forgive my ignorance but I would greatly appreciate some help please!

My mother found this watch (I want to say sometime in the early 90s), by her car door as she was leaving from work. It was just on the floor, she thinks it may have slipped off a woman’s wrist as she was getting into a passenger seat. We’re not a watch family (my mom literally picked it up in the hopes someone would return for it - no one did) so I have no idea what this is worth, if it’s real, or how to go about navigating repairs. My gut is telling me it’s real because after 30 something years in a drawer the stainless steel and gold haven’t tarnished/are in solid condition, and the area my mom worked at in that time was more “affluent,” but I would love your educated perspective.

I hope the pictures I snapped were enough, unfortunately I have no clue how to open the back, nor do I assume I have the proper tools. I tried looking through the database OMEGA has compiled of their older collections and couldn’t find a match, but that could very well be ignorance on my part.

Thank you!
