Saw this omega in a Watchfinder video (an old one).

Does it look original? And anyone know what model it might be - a 30t2??

I'm no expert, but I haven't seen those hands before, nor such a big small seconds subdial with such a small hand!

Have the leaf hands been painted, as well? They are usually silver and the second hand should be blue.
