Help Identify Omega

Morning all,

My first post here and wonder if you guys can help with my Omega watch.

I purchased it via eBay without official box or papers a good 5-6 years ago.

I have research a little on here and the Omega database including the serial numbers search.

The movement is 267- 17 Jewel mechanical winder.
The serial number is 16358698 - the serial database would suggest this is year 1958.

The back case is a snap fit case with the CK number 2608-5.

If you guys could help shed some information regarding its age, series and budget value that would be most helpful!

You have pretty much done all the research there is to be done on the watch. It is common for Omegas to be a "no-series" watch, meaning that your watch doesn't belong to any series such as Seamaster etc. Regarding value, the watch looks quite beat up, polished and with a dial that has some damage. It is hard to say if it has been re-printed, better pictures are needed. Also, sub-second hand is missing. All in all I would say maybe around 200 dollars.

Hour markers seem off. Especially 5 and 7 as the relate to the margin of the seconds subchapter. Also looks like a case screw is either missing or broken off. Minute hand seems long to my eye, but as mentioned better photos are needed for a more accurate critique.
