Welcome to the forum and there's loads of people with more knowledge than me on these and a new member intro thread goes a long way.
The watch you posted looks like a gold cap example similar to a 165.001 or 165.002, looks off at the bezel though to be a 165.002, but if that's is true the case back looks like it could be a replacement. Or it could be similar to an earlier CK 14720, lugs look a bit thick for that reference, but getting an photo of inside of the case back will definitely help you figure out the reference. Additionally if it is a 165.001 or 165.002, most of the dials fitted with these had "Seamaster" above the 6 o'clock index but that's not an always rule as Omega produced an immense amount of dial variations when these watches were being made.

It's plated. not capped. The rest of your gobbledegook I won't even bother with.
It may seem like a bargain, but the gold-plated case and moldy dial make this an entry-level piece in relatively poor condition. And considering that you may have to invest another few hundred dollars towards a movement service, it may not be money well-spent. If you take some time scanning the private sales forum on this site, you may start to develop a better feel for quality and value.
