Help identify Hallmark marks, and caliber on this Iwc pocket watch

Hello I wonder , why there are 2 different hallmarks symbols ....

I think one is swiss : the bird , and the other is German: the moon and crown I think it is ?

Then the C or D .800 ....



Is this watch authentic , and is it silver case ? From the picture the case doesn't look like silver , it's more like copper color.

I can't see any caliber numbers , any one who might know ?

The Swiss mark is probably not a crab, but likely a Wood Grouse. .800 silver is correct, and the color is surely due to tarnishing.

I bet they do. There certainly are enough crabby watchmakers.
