Help ID Omega model/ref

Could someone tell me anything about this case style or any similar models? Would this be considered a tonneau case?

Reference/model numbers, production dates and photos would be highly appreciated.

Dug up more info on the first photo and found out it's a CK945 with cal. 19.4T2 .. other photos look to be the same model if I'm not mistaken. However I'm only mostly finding smaller ladies sizes - is there a larger version of this case ( something closer to 30mm)?


Can anyone confirm? Perhaps you may know @Tire-comedon ?
