Help ID gold&old lady Omega

Hi everyone !

I've found this old lady Omega that seems original and i would like to know more about it, all i found is that it's from 1925 with the serial number, but i cannot tell what's the model, movement !

The caliber number is usually stamped under the balance in this era. As for model name, if any, hard to tell.
