Hi all,
Today I was looking at an Longines and it jumped in my eye. What do you think? Is it worth € 400? because that would be my budget.
How many problems can he have?
I'm afraid it's too polished.
Thanks! 😀

Do you have a movement shot.
Lugs May have been polished but not that bad at all as case looks good.

I am not sure what these go for but it looks a nice daily wearer.

Handsome and simple watch. Looks fine. The seller is the key. Is he reputable?

It’s a privat seller.

Watch looks overall clean and proper, the movement, case gold-filled, surely polished, but looks very nice. There' s no need to have
a watch rocked up. 400 € are OK imo.

You can send these photos to Longines and they can tell you, when this watch was manufactured and to whom
it was invoiced (Extract of the archives). Important is the serial-number on the movement 54057375. You can find
details to contact at Longines-Homepage. This service is free of costs.

He still needs some credentials. Most watches bought and sold here and on other forums are from private sellers.

Cheers,

This is from the late 1970s. It's a pretty watch. Is it worth 400 Euros? I don't know. It's gold plated/filled and not really from Longines' golden age.
