So, first caveat, I'm no expert, however I have recently purchased two Constellations, one gold capped and one pie pan so have a rough idea.
The photo is not great, but here goes.
Case is gold capped with stainless case and it looks OK to me, looks like it's seen a polish but not to severe.
The dial, well now that looks like a redial, the 'OMEGA' looks bent, the 12 looks misaligned but what looks most likely off are the 12 sides of the pie pan, these are usually much sharper but in the watch you post they are rounded off, a big tell tale I think. Pic of mine below for comparison.
The hands could be correct but there's no Lume on the indicies, which could be down to the redial.
As you say the crown is incorrect.
I'm sure others more knowledgeable than I will chime in, it may be a reference I am unfamiliar with.
Personally I'd avoid it.
