Asking for a buddy who has negotiated to purchase this gmt for 6200 with box and papers. Any visible issues with this watch? How is this price point?

What are your friends' concerns? You can have this confirmation done at a Rolex AD for a nominal fee - perhaps free if you suggest that you're potentially interested in trading it in for something else....

It's hard to comment on the price without a currency. If it's 6200 Thai baht it's a bargain

Incredible that these watches are selling at a discount to the predecessor 16710, which you can easily change the inserts unlike the one you are inquiring about.
    What accessories are included?

tell me about it, one of the "trusted sellers" on trf basically laughed at my trade offer when I showed him what I wanted to trade for his 16710 LN no box no papers. I did offer a reverso , an omega and cash, but apparently it wasnt enough. He can keep bumping his over priced 16710 for the rest of the year for all I care

Vintage is hotter than current models. Plus point is you can change insert anytime

Watch is good, price is fair, specially with box and papers. I do have to admit I like the aluminum bezel models better myself (I have a 1675 and a 16710) but If you're looking at this model for what it is then this is a fair and good example.

I had that watch before I changed it for the BLNR, looks perfectly fine to me based on the pictures you posted.

Just talking about this watch itself (and not comparing to the 1675s and others), I think fine. Could do a little better on price but w box and papers not by much. Would pull the trigger if feels good on the wrist.

as much as i like the vintage gmts, i tried one of these on at the rolex dealer recently and i have to say, there is something very alluring about a new, modern watch. it just feels so solid. i also tried on the white gold pepsi gmt, and that thing is just plain awesome.
