Is it a good choice for a repairing-experiment. The watch work but stop working quickly. And what about the crown and the plexi? is it correkt?

Generally movement issues can be resolved in all but the most extreme cases. Even then 60’s movements are available on eBay etc.
Dials are a different matter they can’t generally be cleaned nor are replacements readily available.

I’d pass on any watch that has dial issues.
