Help! Day Date changing over at 4 on 7750

I don't know what happened. I have an IWC 3706 fleiger chronograph with a 7750 based movement. The day date was switching over at midnight but for some reason today when I was setting it I noticed that the day date switches over at 4pm. It slowly starts moving at 3 and switches over at 4. I'm not sure what happened, did I mess it up somehow?

Did you try to adjust the date and time between 10pm and 2am? Some movements are sensitive to that, though I don't know whether this one is. The user manual, should you have it, will say so if it's true. Hopefully, your watch is still covered by warranty?

In any event I hope it is not an expensive fix.

If you used the quick set date function when the date change was already in progress, this can cause damage to the date mechanism.
