Hi all, I have recently acquired these watches and would a) like to know the rough value incase they need to be added to my insurance and b) a little information on them. All help on this would be much appreciated.

The one on the left appears to be a rather generic Omega Quartz probably late 1970s early 1980s or something. The one on the right is a Seamaster Cosmic automatic, probably with a cal 10xx series mechanical movement, probably $200 or less on the left, maybe $300-$400 for the right if its in good running order would be a good insurance estimate.

Great thank you for your help. The cosmic has 166026 on the back if that means anything? I assume its a model number?

Yes. 1 means a man's watch, 6 means self winding with center seconds, 6 means water resistant with calendar, and the last 3 are the specific model number for that Cosmic.
