Help authenticate and value this vintage Omega

I’m looking at buying this vintage Omega Seamaster (quartz) but would like some help authenticating and valuing it before purchase. No papers or box so slightly skeptical

So the million dollar question:

Is it real and how much is it worth ?

See the link with the same watch that was recently sold on eBay. Hard to tell what the reference number is without opening the case back, but there should be a caliber 14XX quartz movement inside.
