Hi, I'm new here and thank you for accepting me into this distinguished group. Please help me identify the watch in the photos. Are all the components original and what model it is? Is it a genuine Omega?

Sorry, it's a common fake, and not real solid gold, obviously. But it does have a decent A Schild movement, so if the watch has sentimental value, there's no reason you can't continue to use it.
