It's very hard to tell you anything with this poor of a photo. It would be helpful if you could post in focus photos of the watch taken in natural daylight from all angles (front, back and sides). If you can get photos of the inside of the case back and the movement too, even better. Just based on this one photo, the watch looks fairly well worn to me, but it might clean up nicely. Most of the value of any vintage watch is the dial. If all of those marks are on the crystal, you might have a nice example here. If the marks are on the dial, then you can very likely find a much better example with a little patience. This isn't an uncommon reference.
