It's certainly a damn fine motor! Those cross-spoke wheels are really something...:) Interesting colour too!

 Very nice that's the one worth all the money! The 100M were a fairly rare car, nice color combo too, also fairly rare! That's not a bad price for a 100M either, looks completely restored... Any chance of a shot under the bonnet?

I may be putting mine up for sale...well not really "up for sale" per say...there is a very persistent buyer continuing to making very good offers down in Atlanta and it's becoming harder and harder to say no! If he ups it one more time I may Not.:(

That must be one hard decision to make. I still often think why did I sell my Morgan :(
Would you move on to something else - a Ford Cortina maybe :D

I may move on to something else...but I don't think a Ford Cortina is in my future (great racers though!). I'm not sure I have another full restoration in me...

Beautiful sport car. However I am surprised that it could fetch such high price considering : (1) It produces at 10,000 unit, I think rare vintage car produced at below 100 units? (2) The article mention the decent one market price is around GBP 30-40 K. This one offered at GBP 165K. Anything I missed?

Yes, its a 100M, AKA “Le Mans” spec, of which just a bit over 600 were made by the factory. Less than half of these are still known to exist.

The M spec cars had numerous high performance modifications mainly to the motor.

The M spec package was also available as a dealer installed option, but these cars don't command the money the factory Ms do.
