    No, not for an early version of this caseback IMO. I've seen others like this.

    The wrench indentations are the same as every other Ref. 2451 on the web.

    Do you have pictures of this caseback printed like that (or similar examples from the early 1950s)? Agreed that I have seen similar inner caseback configurations but those were usually later omegas and the fact that the photo is not clear makes me unsure about this one.

    I've been looking, but can't find one right now. This is just a gut feeling. The reference is fairly common, and all the casebacks have those "dug-out" indentations (similar to the Ref. 2384 version of the "US Army" watch). Some also have that "174" extra number engraved as well.
