I tried them on today at the AD and they are super cool. I would normally prefer a black dial but the blue one is just amazing. The size at just over 40mm is really good.

I also tried the larger GMT, SBGJ237, which at 44,5mm is pretty big but actually wears quite well. That watch is really special and the sapphire bezel plays with the light in a way, I have never seen before. It was a bit too “sparkly” for me with the numbers on the bezel shining bright blue in the sunlight but super cool none the less.

Anyone tried these or own one of them? I would like to kone what people think of them. I am seriously considering the blue bezel/blue dial ::love::

I also tried several other GS and the zaratsu polished hour markers are so cool and the way you can use the side of the cases as a mirror.

At those prices, I'd rather have something that is fully mechanical.

Without the power reserve indicator and with the date/crown at 3 instead of 4, I definitely would consider either the blue or green one as my first GMT.

On one hand the power reserve is a design theme of the spring drive. On the other hand it’s not as needed on these and almost all power reserves bother me.

True but I prefer exceptions such as this:
