Has anyone seen this dial?

I am trying to find out who made this watch. I’ve never seen this before and I want to gift it, however I don’t want to say “oh I don’t know where it came from”. I bought it at an estate sale. The watch is in the picture. Thanks for any info anyone can offer.

No markings at all anywhere on it. Except the 1 & 3

If there are no marking as at all, it's really quite difficult. You could try to open the back carefully, checking for any markings inside, assuming it is a snap-n case back?
