I've seen mixed reviews for their quality and customer service, but for the prices it may be worth the risk.
Does anyone have experience and opinions on the quality of their leather straps? NATO straps?
Anyone have any issues with providing them your credit card info?

I've bought a bunch from them (as in 30+), and they're great value for the price. The deluxe Nato in particular feels premium. Fast shipping. And when you need to email them, they answer.

I love the texture and colors of their « Marine Nationale » style and paratrooper strap. The paratrooper strap is easier for me to fit because of my small wrist.
I can’t comment on durability because I have the life of a lady in the city and never come close to a boat, a motor bike, a car engine, garden tools or a tent, or similar activities where I hear about watches being banged around.

Excellent value, no problem with CC info.

I tried one of their MN straps. The hardware was stitched on in some weird way, rendering it unusable to me. Fortunately, Mrs duc is handy with a sewing machine and fixed it up, copying the pattern based on the Erica's MN I own. After the fix, it was a terrific strap.

I ordered last summer. It took a long time for them to process my order (several weeks), plus the worldwide travel chaos added several more weeks. Still, everything came in (all cloth straps).

I bought 1 strap, and I ended up tossing it. Not because I am a snob but because it was unusable. From the posts above it would appear that nice ones can be had (great choice @Syrte) with the correct choice.

I bought a bunch based on reviews here and felt that every single one was crap. yes, I got 10 straps for about $20 or so in lots of different colors, but they were so stiff and uncomfortable, I threw all of them away. I’d rather spend $20-$40 on a single good strap (I like BluShark) than the same price for a bunch of junk straps that are stiffer than cardboard.

But your mileage may vary.

Their MN straps are not the same as Erika's in design. I have had a couple of duds from them, but the vast majority of the straps I have bought from them have been great.

I've had a variety of NATOs from them (mostly leather and 'seatbelt' style) and all of them have been better than their price would suggest. As a matter of fact, their 'seatbelt' style NATO is the best I've found aside from Omega OEM - they're not too thin like PhenomeNato or BluShark premier, but not too stiff like regular BluShark or Crown & Buckle etc. Plus they're so cheap I have no second thoughts about trimming the length as I prefer no extra loop on the end.

No troubles with payment, their site uses a common eCom platform (Shopify I think), and they accept PayPal if all else fails.

Ordered four MN straps, a Paratrooper strap, and a NATO a couple of weeks ago. The NATO was too short, as pretty much all are on me. I don't like the Paratrooper design; just not for me. The MN straps are just great. Fantastic prices, shipped very quickly, no security issues thus far. I plan to order more.

Love em, I have like 50. Avoid the rubber 2.0 straps, they're too stiff. The new ribbed NATOs, the single pass straps, the MN, the pattern ed NATOs are great

Looks really great.
Might have to see if they have any 16mm ones to accommodate my small watches but I fear they don’t,

I’ve bought a couple. I wasn’t the biggest fan. In the end I just feel like you always get what you pay for. I definitely don’t like the buckle that they use.
