18kt gold watch was my Grandmothers. It has what appears to be a jade face with 4 emeralds at the 12, 3, 6 and 9. A local jeweler took the back off and gave me this info: 1011, 18kt, 0.0750 and under that is 8228. The movement number is 27394641 and it says 17 jewels. I am trying to date the watch and get some sort of value. Jeweler said it is solid gold. I think my grandparents bought it in Europe in the late 60's.

I don't know anything about the watch but here's a serial number chart, puts the movement around 1968 IMG_1808.JPG
