We can actually see perhaps up to a dozen displays in the Napa and Sonoma valleys on the other side of the river. The Benicia ones are on the left, and Martinez on the right. The river is called the Carquinez straights. (which are probably technically not a river as they are inland straights. 32km from SF and the Golden gate.)
Took these with the iPad zoomed in, so a bit grainy.
