Just love this watch!

I had been waiting for it to come back into stock at Watchbuys, the USA distributor and it finally happened. I'm glad I waited. Performs nicely and looks great.

I got some "McQueen" energy going this past week.

To be honest, I only wore it for a short part of the ride. I'm not ready to smash it when I crash yet... ;-)

If there's any other watch that's a must have next to the Speedy Pro, this is it.
One of these days, but I'm working on my Medieval cigar lounge right now and have too many irons in the fire...

I've been testing it on a variety of bracelets...

The second one is good, a miltat bracelet, but looks kind of "dive watch" to me sometimes.
The third one is a cheap bracelet, almost mechanics style. Doesn't match well color wise.

I think I like the first one the best, maybe most true to the vintage look. This is the Forstner 7 row Beads of Rice on the optional milled clasp.

Here is a comparison of my watch to vintage 1950s Breguet Tyupe XX -- design copied from the Hanhart in the day (US$40k on eBay) on a very similar vintage band.

I've been wearing the Hanhart daily and I save my Speedy for special occasions. The speedy is very legible but I find the Hanhart even easier to read.

A couple more pictures on the bracelet I prefer... at least for this week. ;-)

I should note that the bracelet holes for the spring bars seemed too big for me, and the bracelet wiggled a bit too much on the spring bars:

I ordered some 2.0mm diameter spring bars and squeezed the bracelet ends closed a bit in the a vice, using a 2mm solid rod (a drill bit) in the end to preserve the shape. It now fits perfectly with the 2.0mm spring bar:

It's the one to have next to the Speedy imo.
