·I don't know if anyone has gotten into the weeds to describe the dial surface.
The central circle (where the logo is applied) has a mirror finish, whereas the outer dial ring and subdials are a matte finish.

··Senior Snoopy OwnerRecent Alaskan cruise. Early morning in the Endicott Arms fjord at Dawes Glacier and a couple days later in Ketchikan, hooked this 30 lb King Salmon, 38 in long, caught in 150 ft of water. Took about 10 minutes to reel it in and put up a huge fight.

·Anybody has any idea on availability of this piece in Europe (mainly Paris) now that it has been a few months since release?
I’ll be there for the Olympics and would love to get it there and have it be attached to the memories of this trip.
I’ll probably send the local boutiques an email two weeks before my arrival to get a feeling, but would love to know if anyone has first hand knowledge here.

I recently got mine from my US OB without needing a deposit. Not sure how many got one before me, but I'm definitely not a top client of theirs. Took nearly 3 years to get my Snoopy after launch to go through their list after getting on day 1 and now it took only 3 months so presumably way more of these are available much much faster. They didn't have any available to buy on the spot nor did they have a display model.

·Yes do that. Let a 1 post stranger on the internet, of indeterminate location know that you are looking for a £7K watch so you can discuss his attempt to a) try and sell you a watch in an unauthorised fashion or b) rip you off.

·Love mine. IMO, best speedy yet. Only gripe from me is I wish they would have done a ceramic bezel. Also didn’t take long to get one. I stepped away from watches for about 6 months and then last week realized the white Speedies were out. Called my OB and got one. Love it.
