    hi guys

Found this on my journeys, does anyone no much about Hamilton watches? Is the movement original in this watch and has it been redialed? Plus would anyone know what it's worth?

    Thanks

That is without a doubt a redial.

How would one go about figuring out whether it is or not?

The Hamilton font could be sharper. Note the "L" is lower.

Most watch dial text is crisp and uniform in regards to letter size and thickness of the print. Hamilton is crude to say the least. the hash marks are also badly rendered. So this one was easy to pick out as a redial. Not a bad looking watch for daily wear but not a collector grade watch.
