I saw that ... "indifference to running." Seems like just yesterday she was a baby, and now retired. TBH, sometimes she seemed pretty lackadaisical compared to the previous two Ralphies. Apparently, she will live out her life in a secret location with other retired and current Ralphies.
These were pretty big 20 years ago, but I don't think they were very good, TBH.
These were pretty big 20 years ago, but I don't think they were very good, TBH. Sort of a gimmick. I don't see it very much anymore, except from Ted Turner.

Well, waiting for New Year can be downtime and a half, so I couldn't help educating myself on this news - and, good grief, following on from Ralphie V was surely the impossible gig. Dear Blackout also looked pretty cute back when she had just begun, but by the time of her, er, reassignment (you don't "retire" at a peak like that unless you're Greta Garbo or Bjorn Borg) she was one helluva unit! Even by Ralphie standards, she had to be the most impressive mascot in world sport, and those handlers are no slouches neither. Good luck to VI (Ember) in retirement, and to the Buffs in recruiting a successor!
I had a bison steak at the stratosfere resaurant in Vegas. It was yummy! Great view too!
