I will ask, but they sell to everyone. I see no reason for them to hide them. They bought from Omega. They know I'm not a watchmaker, but had no problem buying

Cost really isn't an issue, thank you

They told me no 5022 variant was in stock, but every time I see them again on the website, my mind goes "what if"

It is clearly a bait as I spent quite a bit on the phone, asked them to update it, but they are all still there after a year or maybe more. If it was a matter of weeks, or whether just a singular model unstocked appearing stocked, maybe you could be right. I doubt they have any Omega crystals left, but google any crystal model and these guys have it all stocked

The scenario: Someone needing parts Google's the crystal numbers, orders parts he needs with the crystal, call or email comes indicating the crystal is not in stock but other parts can be shipped. Quite likely the person would go along with it and get the rest of the stuff. This way they can take business that would otherwise go to someone with actual stock. Quite unethical I think
You seem to live in some kind of alternate reality.

I'd appreciate if you can order a PZ 5022 crystal for me as well, maybe they told me its not in stock thinking I was an undercover Omega cop - they could be selling them to trusted oldtimers
Again, what are you talking about? They are allowed to sell stock. Ever looked at Cousins website? Lots of omega parts in stock for the world to see. The omega police aren’t knocking on their door. Because they don’t exist.

If you just read - they aren't in stock but have been appearing in stock for a year now

The joke here is that, maybe they are actually stocked and just didn't sell it to me at the time

Oh I completely understand everything you’ve said. My point is this - thinking they aren’t selling you those crystals even though they are in stock - is ridiculous

Bear in mind that Borel’s site also lists parts that are sold out and prices that are old on their info page. I forget to remove items on my pages and it’s only 18 pages.

if you tried Borel, Frei and McCaw and all are sold out. It’s pretty much 100% that Perrins will also be sold out. I’ve notice that when needing certain parts.

I will ask though
