I strongly believe that its one of the best Speedmaster "investment piece" that you can get ... but I never really bond with the orange bits on it.

And I don't buy pieces for the investment part of it ... I just get what I like the most (Which I think everyone should do)

Alaska Project is one of my favorite ... but the price seems crazy to me
I’m not suggesting you buy as a investment piece, I suggested it as a great Speedmaster to add to your collection. I’m not interested in investment watches .

never thought you talked about the ultra man because its an "invesment piece", its just not my cup of tea that's all.

I kinda like the moon to mars also, it looks kinda funky, but never seen one in person

i think buying a watch and not wearing it is kind of a burglary with respect to others who would do…

Def need a new friend …
Yep.... indeed.....

Another Snoopy (Silver Snoopy) would be nice..... but for different consideration: Speedy Meteorite aka Soyuz 35th. My favorite

An EW321 would be a great choice but are you sure your OB can get you one, they are rarer than the Snoopy. And most boutiques won't even put you on a list.

The Speedy Tuesday 1 (A Tribute to Alaska Project) is a really different piece and flies under the radar, looks a lot different in person as it is all brushed (case, crown, pushers, hands) except for the Omega logo on the dial, crown and buckle. One of Omega's better LEs, imo. Worth a look.

Get a Schumacher Legend. I have the red dial 3506.61.00 and it's an absolute hoot. So fun to wear with the big modern bracelet that was never a good match for the Moonwatch.

Acquiring at least one Speedmaster with a hesalite (acrylic) crystal would be my recommendation. There is an aesthetic with that particular case+crystal combination which is uniquely beautiful. You will be surprised and pleased with how easy it is to polish out any scratches which show up, and it's even kind of fun doing the polishing. Here's my current Speedy collection, evenly split between sapphire and hesalite:

Hello guys … i ordered my next omega!

it is … a steel 321!

after the visit of the manufacture at Bienne, my choice had to be the 321

and i tried a bunch of stuff starting with the realease of 2022
But the iconic black dial with the 321 got my gut.

i might have it by the end of the year.
