Ok, so a few things:
1. Your watch is solid gold. It's likely either a 9k or 18k case.
2. The case is made by Dennison, a UK based casing company. It's original to the watch and slightly uncommon, as far as Omega's are concerned. Most of the time, I see 9k Dennison cases.
3. The dial, crown, and hand set are correct.
4. The strap is not original - thought the buckle might be.
5. The movement might be a caliber 267. You will have to get the back opened first.
6. The watch, if the movement is correct and in working condition, is worth between $350 and $750, in my opinion. A wide range - but one dependent on where it is sold, the quality of the sale, and the interested buyers at the time.
