    It appears my Grandfather had good taste in watches. He was born in the late 1800's and did not like wrist watches of any kind. He always carried a pocket watch. Granpa had a couple high end wrist watches that he received as gifts from his Sons.
    He never wore them they sat in the original boxes in his safe. When he passed away I did not receive the wrist watches. However he left me his pocket watches 5 of them When I get some time I will post the others. This one is a Hamilton Masterpeice white gold case with yellow gold hands and indices

    A lot of my family used to work for the railroad I will have to ask around but I am pretty sure my family has a box full of 1800s to early 1900s railroad approved pocket watches my grandpa worked for the railroad 18 to till almost his 60s until he was forced out by the railroad he still has his Bulova Accutron with box from the late 60sish
