Grand seiko appreciation thread

Hey guys, I just recently got into horology but wanted to share my thoughts on Grand seiko from the (now countless) videos I’ve watched and having gotten a chance to try on a few classics (just the snowflake lol).

I can’t for the life of me understand why the brand is so underrated given the quality of finish they provide. Their dials are absolutely breathtaking - SBGK005 probably has my heart for best dial of any watch I’ve seen. Don’t get me started on the elegance of that spring drive movement sweeping so smoothly across perfectly polished indices and amazing dial. Sorry hahaha just saw this video and decided to share my love for the brand. Really hope to own one one day!! 😀
