·Yeah, but "Canadian bacon" is just ham with a marketing team. I'd take real fatty, streaky, thin cut (American) bacon over that stuff any day😁
I assume they'll revoke my Canadian citizenship now.

To be honest, I'll take either back bacon/peameal bacon (no one calls it Canadian bacon in Canada as you know) or "streaky bacon" over the lousy rashers you guys have down under.
In the US just before the US entered WW2 before Pearl Harbor attack a lot of Americans wanted to help Canada since they were already in WW2. Some even snuck across the border to join the Canadian military to fight the NAZI's. A member by the name of Patty over at the MWR forum knew I collected WW2 stuff one of her relatives was one of those Americans who snuck across the border to join the Canadian Airforce to fight the NAZI's and later went into the US Army Air Corps that later became the US Airforce. She sent me his wings
Here is probably the only place in America where you will see a American flag and a Canadian flag side by side. It's a park in Helena Montana. It's a WW2 memorial for the first special forces the fore runner of the green berets. It was a unit that was halve American and halve Canadian there a WW2 movie called the devil's brigade a good watch. We need to remember these are our allies they were with us in Iraq and Afghanistan, and some did not come home. Where was Russia they did not help us in the war on terror. Russia has not changed since Regan called them the evil empire, we seem to be treating Russia better than ones who had our backs. Best thing I ever saw was the USS Kitty Hawk running over a Russian sub when we did not take crap from Russia. See the names behind the flags those are Americans and Canadians that died side by side fighting NAZI's you have your freedom due to these men they were the greatest generation. Want to know more about them link below. They entered combat on December 3, 1943 with a strength of 1,800 men, and completed their mission on January 17, 1944 with fewer than 500 men. Thats 1300 dead or wounded.

Here is a good clip from the movie
haha... so true about the lousy Aussie rashers. Some are just so cheap tasting and way too lean.
That's why we are Healthy , Trev. And not Obese like the Americans.
Now, now, that's not nice.
I think all blue states need to become part of Canada if you will have us.
Still not as scary as the Australian thread:
