Something from OMEGA in Natick, MA. Great people at that store and excellent service!

A new watch????

Not yet. But when I looked at this, I thought "I do."

OMEGA and the Ω are engraved on both sides and a serial number is etched inside.

My humble OMEGA family. 😀

They have one that is thinner than mine but it has the scallops on the edges like the SMP.

$200 - $250 for SS. They might have other metals but the price will be more.

Nice. I know you were deciding on this vs. the knurled "bezel" ring. This is very subtle with the brushed and polished - which matches almost every case and bracelet Omega makes!

Good point! I was stuck between this and the other one. I liked the other because it matched my 2254's bezel and would have been a nice compliment. However, because I like and wear big rings this one, called Omegamania Ring, won. And in addition to what you have just pointed out I am doubly glad to have this one.

Here is the link to the website with the three rings. The scallop bezel rings are called Aqua Seamaster Rings. If you are getting married (to a human, not a watch) these make a good alternative to the precious metal variety of bands.

My friend has a Ti wedding ring. I think Omega would have a hit with rings in Ti and ceramic to match the DSOM and Lunar Dust.

OMEGA has a plethora of fine jewelry. I have not looked at all of the rings in their repertoire, but your suggestion would be tantalizing to the eye if they ever offered one. I would definitely grab a ceramic one.
