The spike followed by a huge increase is the MoonSwatch release. Biggest watch industry marketing success in decades and it has really raised the Speedmaster’s awareness.

Our data correlates quite closely btw.

The spike in Omega before the Swatch event is likely the 50th anniversary of the Apollo XI moon landing.

Is Rolex spiking because of watches and wonders?
