Good price for a vintage watch

Hi guys, ive been looking on Ebay and reddit for a seamaster deville cal 563. Most of them are around the price range from 700 to 900. And most of them have hands that is not in original colors. I was wondering if that is a good price for a vintage seamaster deville? Or should i wait for better offer

Im just looking for a good deal out there, since i dont know much place to look at.
And after contacting the seller and looking at the movement pictures, the movements seems to be clean with no damage, seller said it has been serviced recently last month and offer a 1 year warranty on the watch. Everything seems to be fine but the hand seems to be the only issue (as seen on the photos). Im curious about your guys opinion on the watches and is the price listed a good deal? Or should i wait for a better deal
