Is this a sneak preview of Omega's 2017 Baselworld releases? Cause the way this year went, I'd believe it
In order, 2998-4, 105.002, 105.003-64, 145.003-65, 145.012-67, 145.022-68, and the new one is a 2998-61.
Paper work calls it a 145.003. Omega archives confirmed via email that it's internally logged as a 145.003. Extract says 105.003 and the museum said that 145.003 was an internal 'logistics designation' so they won't put that on the extract..
So no 145.003 stamped on the case back? Where was it originally shipped to (guessing the paperwork and extract match on the destination)?
No 145.003 stamped in the caseback. I thought 145.003 was never stamped in any casebacks...? Now that you mention it, I never checked papers to extract! When I got the extract, I was so disappointed it didn't state 145.003, I just put it away. I will check tomorrow and report back.
Only one caseback seen, ever? Perhaps suspect? I'm content to have the email from the museum, but I think it was, as spacefruit theorized, an internal only designation... I would hazard a guess that the extract in the article is pre-2010..
