Gold dial on Omega Constellation partially faded

Hello everyone,

I have a 1985 gold Omega Constellation w/diamond hour markers. The dial face is gold, and part of it has faded - not too much but enough to notice. It hasn't been damaged, and has no water damage, so i'm guessing this is simply age? I wasn't sure if there was anything that could be done about this, and how much this fading damages resale value.

Any help/feedback would be very much appreciated.

Thank you!!! 😀

The dial is the single most important part of a watch when it comes to value, so it will likely have some impact. However, we would need to see some good clear photos to identify the model and to judge the extent of the damage/degradation.
