    Afternoon,

Just wondering if anyone knows the UK availability of the new white and rose gold Daytona’s (116519LN and 116515LN) and potential (if any) discount off list price?

    Thanks

Have you enquired of a Rolex dealer? Have you heard that there is (from what I have heard) a multi year waiting list for some Daytona models? Have you not heard that periodically, Daytonas appear on the after-market at higher than MSRP? Given these factors, you are asking about a discount? Be sure to let us know how you make out!

I would think it is a premium rather than a discount.

Isn’t it the case that the pm models are more readily available and less desirable than the SS models? Could buy a rose gold and maybe they’ll allow you to buy a SS sports watch too

I think it depends on the AD; their inventory, sales figures, and what’s popular in their region.

I bought this one at a third of the price. 145 grams, 18K gold, Valjoux 7750 movement easy to fix and get parts, screw down pushers, screw down crown and back. festinaDaytona18K1.JPG festinaDaytona18K10.JPG festinaDaytona18K4.JPG festinaDaytona18K3.JPG festinaDaytona18K8.JPG festinaDaytona18K7.JPG

They are about, I'm in the south east and have seen a few, you will struggle for a discount but it may open the door for the near impossible to find stainless professional models that dealers hold onto. I would be happy to find you one and buy the stainless one :whistling:

Where are you located ?here in CH you can get a 10% discount having the good contacts also a gold model is more easy to source as they sold less gold than steel and retailers have to get the gold and steel in «display » for that reason they are open minded for a discount and get out of stock quicker than usual .
