The M doesn't look to be the correct style for 61-62 B'ham
It's more of an Omega M
Here is another from 'MWF' (whoever they are) with what looks to be the correct style date letter M - note it leans to the right
I've looked for a similar M to the OPs but can't find one

·Got a better image, the 9 before the .375 indicates pre 1975, the date letter is an script N for 1962.
