I have one such with cal 751 and original bracelet.

Shall be interesting to see these become the next bubble, ha, ha!

 

If you look for the reference please also check the end links. I am wearing a similar looking bracelet today. It was in a bag of parts without a clasp so I do not know if mine is an Omega or what reference it is. It has 526 endlinks 19mm wide and looks very similar to the one you posted.

 

Isn't that a 1098 with 540 endlinks for Barking Mad's? Same as the seamaster sparkle..
