Purchased a brand new Seamaster 300m the other week, emailed Omega customer services to see if I could buy a protective case of some description. They responded saying they don't sell them but could they have my address.



Protective case and pen turned up for free!

Great service, and great watch. I did my open water years ago wearing my 'wave-dial' pre-ceramic version.

I bought a rubber strap from an OB that had a long wait coming from Switzerland and they sent me a Spectre pen and a Christmas drinks invite.

Many of us have them already I’ve got 3.
1 from a warranty repair, 1 I asked for, one with a purchase from a forum member.

Oh make sure you get it pressure tested before you dive with it.

 

I have 2 of those cases. 1 from when I had my first watch serviced and another when I bought a bracelet for my FOIS and the OB gave me the case to carry the straps.

I still don't have an Omega pen though.

You could always get an astronaut pen like Seinfeld had. It would be worshipped here!

 

only went to about 20m in the end, best photo I got of it underwater as my mask with camera mount kept fogging up so had to use another mask.
